Refund Details: (Refund applications will be received till December 31, 2017; submission date judged by postage stamp.)
(1) Please print clearly when filling out the application; application is to be sent via certified mail to 8F., No.7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105, Taiwan (G-Music Ticketing Service Center) along with the original ticket(s) (entry stub intact) + NTD 50 postage fee invoice. Postage fee shall not be refunded if invoice is not provided, nor any additional postage fees charged for re-mailing of the invoice be refunded.
(2) Postage fee amount charged for mailing of the application shall be refunded according to the standard certified mail rate quoted by the post office.
(3) Copy of bank book must include the Name of the Bank, Name of the Bank Branch, Name of the Account (Holder), and the Account Number. Local Taiwanese bank accounts or post office accounts only; applicant’s account only.
(4) If the applicant is not the original purchaser, applicant has to provide copy of ID card. Applicant must warrant that they have obtained permission from the purchaser to proceed with refund applications and further agree to abide by the refund policies. The applicant shall be held fully responsible should any disputes or legal liabilities arise.
(5) Payments for tickets purchased online via credit card shall be credit back to the original card used for purchase. Wired refunds shall be made to the account below subsequent deducting remittance fees.
(6) Credit card refunds require approximately 7-10 working days to process; actual credit date shall depend on respective credit card issuing bank. Wired refunds require approximately 14 working days to process.
(7) Guest Service Hotline: 02-2579-5977 (hours of operation 09:00-12:00 / 13:00-18:00) from Monday till Friday, except on national holidays; should the line be busy due to high service volume, please hold patiently and a service representative will be with you as soon as possible.
(8) Once the application is sent, applicants shall be deemed as to have agreed to the policies stated above.
※ Ticket refunds resulting from the postponement of this event shall be made according to the aforementioned policies and shall not be altered.
