1. External Reviews

Please indicate if your institution has been subject to any external reviews relevant to the CCCU provision during the course of the year such as QAA review and/or PSRB reviews. Please provide details of the outcomes of any such reviews appending any relevant reports and indicate action being taken to address recommendations arising from any such reviews.

2.Resources / HE Environment / Student Support

Please comment on any changes made to the resources / HE environment / student support arrangements provided to higher education students on CCCU programmes at your institution during the course of the year (beyond routine updating).

3. Student engagement

Please outline the mechanisms in place for student engagement in operation at your institution above the module and programme level e.g. Student Forums, Student Surveys. Please provide an analysis of the outcomes of such processes and action being taken to address any issues identified.

4. Student complaints

Please provide a summary of any student complaints for CCCU programmes that have been considered under your institution’s student complaints procedure. Please indicate details such as programme of study, issue of complaint, nature of the resolution, whether the complaint remains unresolved and any other observations. Please do not disclose any individual student details – further details will be requested if required.

5. Institutional policies / procedures and higher education governance arrangements

Please provide details of any changes to institutional policies and procedures that will impact students on the CCCU programmes outlining the changes made, the rationale for the changes and details of how the changes will be / have been communicated to students. Please also use this section to highlight any changes to higher education governance arrangements.

6. Partnership Liaison

Please provide an analysis on the effectiveness of the communication links between the two organisations during the course of the academic year highlighting any strengths and weaknesses.

7. Operational Matters

Please indicate if there were any issues with operational matters during the course of the year. This may include but are not limited to marketing, admissions, registration, induction, the CCCU Virtual Learning Environment, teaching, learning and assessment, issuing of transcripts/degree certificates and graduation.

8. Collaborative Partner Agreement(s)

Please provide details of any amendments that you feel need to be made to the Collaborative Partner Agreement(s) or financial arrangements governing the partnership.

9. Future Developments

Please outline any future developments you wish to bring to the attention of the University either relating to upcoming institutional events and/or developments you would like to see regarding the collaborative partnership.

Any actions arising from this Appendix should be included in the overall APMR action plan.

This Appendix should be submitted along with the Annual Programme Monitoring Report.
