II. Approval of Minutes

III. Treasurer’s Report

Mr. Schuettler briefly reviewed the Treasurer’s Report, pointing out that nothing of significance changed since the end of year report presented at the January meeting.

IV. President’s Report

Mr. Smith and Mr. Schuettler reported that there is renewed interest in the conference scholarships. The first request for ICMA came through as a result of the Western Executive Conference from Vince Visoskas, Assistant Manager from West Bradford Township, who hasn’t yet attended an ICMA Conference before. Rick is reviewing the criteria for acceptance and will reach a decision too. Everyone is encouraged to do some more outreach so that others can attend this year’s conference by taking advantage of the available scholarships.

Mr. Smith reported that several members have requested that Executive Committee Minutes be posted on the website. It was agreed that Draft Minutes be posted so that members have up to date information. They will be clearly labeled as “not yet ratified.” Once drafts are approved as Minutes, they will also be posted on the website. Upcoming agenda items will also be posted, as well as financial reports that have been included in Executive Committee agendas.

V. Secretariat Report

Mr. Schuettler reported that membership remains level. The increase in number of Managers in Transition is mostly due to updated information that comes in with annual dues.
