HALL HIRE
Hall hire shall include the prior cleaning of the hall, the use of available chairs and trestle tables, kitchen facilities and kitchen fridge. The Hall Hire EXCLUDES water jugs, cutlery, crockery, gas stoves and decor. If available, these can be hired at an additional cost.
The Hall will be available at 15:00hrs the day before the booking and must be cleared by 10:00 am on the day after the function.Excess charges will be incurred if the pre-booked time isexceeded; this will be deducted from the holding deposit.Any additional time will be charged at R 500.00 per hour.

PAYMENT OF TARIFF
From the date of provisionally booking the Hall with Prakash Jewan, the hirer shall have 3 working days to do an EFT of the TOTAL AMOUNT into the following account:

Cash Deposit Fee-A Deposit Fee of R100.00 will be levied if payment is made in CASH.
CANCELLATION FEES FOR HALL HIRE ONLY
CANCELLATION PERIOD / REFUND PERCENTAGEGreater than 90 days prior to the event / 100% Refund
61 – 90 Days prior to the event / 75% Refund
30 – 60 Days prior to the event / 50% Refund
Less than 30 days prior to the event / NO Refund
Note – The holding/breakage deposit and equipment rental amount will be refunded in FULL regardless of the cancellation period.
REFUND OF DEPOSIT
The hirer will be refunded by the Sandton Hindu Samajafter an inspection is completed provided that no damage has been caused to the property or to the equipment. The cost of any damages identified will be deducted from the holding/breakage deposit paid and the balance (if any) will be refunded to the hirer via EFT to the account number provided.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
In order for the booking to be confirmed - E-Mail confirmation must be received from Prakash Jewan. Bookings may NOT be made with any other individual related to the hall - any arrangements or discussions made with anyone else must not be considered a confirmation of booking.
