● I was working for Whirlpool/Hotpoint as an agency worker through Darren bell recruitment.

I have done an equal number of shifts on both days and nights and have gained great skill for

both roles. In the driver’s mate role, I have assisted where the driver has needed lifting and

delivering many aspects of ‘white good’ to customers providing excellent customer service at all

times. I can use the PDA provided and complete all tasks needed of me. In respect to the night

role I have learnt under the guidance of the supervisor not only the manual lifting, moving and

reloading of the stock for the company, but also the computer system side in which I have been

training on the SAP system used.
