· IR Chair cleaned up of initial caps in code value definitions for data elements Service Requester and Transportation Service Provider
· IR Chair cleaned up for changes already adopted for Version 2.1 – to be reviewed 1/15-17/13
· Color coding added as follows:
o Yellow – changes for Version 2.2
o Turquoise – code values adopted by the EC as of 10/25/12 – to be included in Version 2.1 – color to be removed after verification in published Version 2.1
