ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC AND REVENUE DATA AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2015 MUST BE FILED USING THE SECTION 43.62 ONLINE FILING SYSTEM

FROM JULY 1, 2016 TO JULY 31, 2016

In this Public Notice, we remind filers that data for the annual International Traffic and Revenue Reports are due no later than July 31, 2016.[1] Section 43.62(b) requires each person or entity that holds an authorization pursuant to Section 214 to provide international telecommunications service and each person or entity engaged in the provision of Voice over Internet Protocol service connected to the public switched telephone network between the United States and any foreign point (Filing Entities) to submit traffic and revenue data for the preceding calendar year by July 31 of each year, with revisions, if needed, to be filed by October 31.[2]

Filing Entities must submit their International Traffic and Revenue Reports for data as of December 31, 2015 through the Commission’s Section 43.62 online filing system at from July 1, 2016 to July 31, 2016. Filing Entities should refer to the International Bureau’s Filing Manual for Section 43.62 Annual Reports (Filing Manual) for instructions on how to file the reports, who must file, which of the reports to file, the information that each report must contain, and the filing procedures. The latest version of the Filing Manual is available at

We remind Filing Entities of their obligation to file by July 31, 2016 and that failure to comply with Section 43.62 may subject them to enforcement action.[3] We encourage Filing Entities to submit their reports as early as possible during the filing window.

Each filing entity must use a single CORES FCC Registration Number (FRN) to submit data regarding (1) filing entity contact information; (2) preparer contact information; (3) authorizations; and (4) services checklist. Depending on the services, Filing Entities may need to also file (5) Schedule 1 (U.S.-Billed and Foreign-Billed Facilities International Calling Services (ICS) Traffic – By Foreign

Point); (6) Schedule 2 (World-Total Data for U.S.-Billed and Traditional Transiting ICS); (7) Schedule 3 (International Private Line Service); and (8) Schedule 4 (International Miscellaneous Services). Filing Entities must enter the data directly into the online forms in the Sections 43.62 online filing system except for Schedules 1 and 3, which must be uploaded using the attached templates.[4]
