The Chimes Assembly will meet at 1:00PM in the church library tomorrow. Please join us if you would like to help us label and sort the church newsletter.

New Life Bandin concert! Mark your calendars to see the New Life Band in concert Sunday,November 22ndat 6pm with a potluck at5pmat Immanuel. Get to know the band at the potluck and enjoy the fellowship! The New Life Band is a group of 8 men from Tanzania who travel to the States every 3 years to raise support for Christian youth and children's programs in Tanzania. There is no admission cost to attend the concert, but a free-will offering will be collected to support youth ministry in Tanzania. We will need host families for the band on Sunday evening. Please contact Jonna at 696-7888 if you are able to host one or more of the band members.

There will be Choir Practice this Wednesday at 7:00PMin the Sanctuary. If you would like to sing with the choir please join us. It is entertaining.

Kristi Hollenbeck and JackieCaglia are looking for one more Sunday School Co-Teacher. If you are interested in teaching Kindergarten-Second Grade Sunday School a couple times per month please call Kristi at 974-4408 or Jackie at 360-4969

Petal Pusher Float Decorators: sign up today for the first day of float decorating onthe Lutheran Float for the Rose Bowl Parade. Decorators will leave Saturday, December 5th, car pool from the church at 5:30am and return to church between 7 and 8pm. It will be a long day but it promises to be a great experience for all who participate. Due to safety regulations in the float warehouse, those under 13 are unable to partake in this event. We must make reservations to participate in the float decorating day, sign-up by November 8thon the gold bulletin board in the church entry or you can call the office at 237-7909. We hope you’ll join us!

Easton Community Water System Authority (ECWSA) was formed by a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) between the Washington Colony School District and the Washington Unified School District. The newly formed board of directors consists of 2 members from the existing school boards and the bylaws required the 5th board member to be from the Easton Community. The board is looking for a Director from the community of Easton. Apply for the board by picking up an application packet at Washington Colony, High School or the District Office. Applications may be found online at: and The mission of the ECWSA board: to provide Easton schools with a clean, safe drinking water supply, offer the organizations and residents of Easton with the option of connecting to a water supply system and increase the availability of fire suppression water.

Pastor Kris and Intern Jonnaare leading an eight session introductory level Bible Study 6:30-8:30pmthe first and third Thursdays of each month concluding on December 17th in Grace Hall. There is a sign-up sheet in the church entryway on the gold bulletin board. The class is for all ages from high school to long since retired. The discussion will cover a wide scope of the biblical narrative, including major events and periods of the Old Testament and salvation through Christ Jesus in the New Testament. It will coincide with Sunday morning Scripture readings.

Easton Community Churches distribute food for the Community Food Bank on the first Monday of every month from 1:00-4:00PM. If you are able to volunteer to help distribute on Monday, November 2ndplease sign up on the bulletin board in the church entryway. We ask that you wear close-toed shoes and bring a refillable water bottle to keep hydrated.

Advent Prep is right around the corner. If you are interested helping coordinate an Advent Prep Craft Day please call the church office at 237-7909.

Breaking Grounds Café will gather supplies for boxes for the Operation Christmas Child this is a program, through Samaritan's Purse that distributes boxes to 130 third world countries. Our goal is to fill 20 boxes with items for children ages 10-14. Some suggested items includeflip-flops, socks, small reusable water bottles, school supplies. All items will be collected through November 18th in the church entryway collection basket. Breaking Grounds Café would appreciate any help with donations to the project.
