Door County Special Needs Emergency Alert Program (DC SNAP)

Created am information form in collaboration with county and city police department , parent support group and Human Services, to be completed by parent/caregiver and stored online at dispatch center so that emergency personnel can access if a child is missing. It includes an updated photo and info will be updated yearly. We are in process of having these completed and available for an emergency situation here in Door County. –Jean Severson, Support Service Coordinator, Door County DHS
