Trophies and Prizes
A perpetual trophy is awarded to the winner of each class; together with a small trophy that may be kept.

Rules
1. The age limit for all entrants is 14 years on carnival day.
2. Judging of all classes occurs simultaneously; so only one class may be entered.
3. Written consent from a responsible adult is required for each entry.
Additional Information
· All entrants should be at Castle Cary Primary School by 2pm on Saturday 7th October 2017.
· There is no parking available at Castle Cary Primary School, or at the Scout Hut- please make use of the free town car park and walk across to the school.
· Judging will begin at 2:15 pm.
· The procession will begin at 3pm, starting at the primary school & finishing at the Market Place.
· Refreshments and a gift for all entrants will be available after the procession.
· You are welcome to accompany your child/ren (in fancy dress) throughout the procession, but please restrict this to one adult per entry.
· Volunteers to help with the street collection are much appreciated- fancy dress optional!
