On-site Construction Administration for four 160,000 sf office buildings under construction in various phases and remodeling of existing Learning and Conference center. Coordination process between all construction related trades through Building Information Modeling systems such as Revit and Navisworks. Coordination of ASIs and RFIs, scheduling, field reports, punch lists, submittals, owner walkthroughs and requests as needed.

Schematic Design to Construction Documentation phase of 2800 seat Event Center.
Design Development to Construction Documentation phase of 531 room Hotel expansion in Revit.
Isleta Hotel, Resort and Casino; Albuquerque, New Mexico 2005-2007
Schematic Design to Construction Documentation phase of 45,000 sft, 201 room four star hotel, resort and casino. Developed the design and completed the documentation of the hotel lobby and porte cochere. The project received two awards at the 2008 annual HOSPY awards in the categories ‘Best Hotel Lobby’ and ‘Best Boutique Hotel’.

Design Development and Construction Documentation phase of a 310,000 sft Research and Development laboratory expansion. Developed the design and completed the documentation of an 8,000 sft ancillary utility building. Coordinated structural and MEP systems.
Eli Lilly; Erlwood Manor, Windlesham, Surrey, UK 2003-2004
Schematic Design to Construction Documentation phase of a 20,000 sft Research Support Facility. Designed the gatehouse and co-coordinated the documentation and specifications with the project architect. Coordinated construction phase issues with UK based contractors, engineers and architectural consultants using the metric system.

Schematic Design to Construction Documentation phase of a 450,000 sft new Biotech Laboratory building. Worked in collaboration with the principal designer on architectural solutions. Generated and studied 3D models, designed client presentations, developed the design till construction documentation. Detailed building core and shell.

Construction Documentation and Construction Administration phase of a 400,000 sft new and renovated performing and visual arts center. Coordinated construction documentation with designer Caesar Pelli, general contractor, engineers and consultants. Generated detail solutions for building exterior cladding.

Schematic studies and Design Development of a $100,000 prototype home which is durable, healthy, safe and resource-efficient. Research and implementation of environment friendly techniques. Collaborated with local organizations and the city for material, labor and technology to create an innovative home design solution.
The Ambassador Resort; Chadiyari; Himachal Pradesh, India 1999
Junior architect on a 70,000 sft hotel renovation project. Created a design solution that expressed sensitivity to the local material use, labor, topography and client image. Model studies, 3D renderings to working drawings.
