MISHO & ROBIN

30x5

Animated series synopsis

Misho, a little curious cat, and Robin, a wise little robin, are best friends and an inseparable duo in their shenanigans and adventures.

Misho lives in a yellow house, on top of a hill, surrounded by rolling meadows and woods.

Misho's house has a big garden where his other friends live: Beaver, Mole, Squirrel, Bear, Magpie, and three playful Owlets.

Most of their adventures happen in the garden, while helping their friends solve puzzles and everyday problems. These adventures bring new learning experiences to them. Meanwhile, the three little Owls are always ready for mischief by trying to foul them up.

Animated series concept

Though intended primarily for small children, characters Misho and Robin put smile on the faces of the entire family. Adorably silly, they stumble from adventure to adventure, always learning something new and always having fun.

The two main characters are a cat Misho and his best friend robin - Robin. They solve puzzles together and learn about the world around them. The third main character is the Narrator’s voice. Since all the characters are communicating in their own languages, the Narrator is translating and explaining what’s going on to the viewers. The Narrator also laughs along with the characters, shows compassion, questions characters’ decisions and comments on them, always leaving the young viewers to come to their own conclusions and answers first.

Our core idea is to educate kids about the great big world that surrounds them through simple and playful stories. However, it is done in such a fun way, so they pick up the knowledge in a “by the way” manner, not even realising they are learning new things.

Depending on the episode, they might be learning about animals, baking cookies, drawing shapes, as well as core values such as friendship, helping others and good manners.

Even though Misho and Robin solve their “problems” in the most curious and unexpected ways, there are still enough “predictable” details that kids can guess in advance and feel smart about.

We tried to design our characters in the way that their appearance reflectstheir personality. So far, we have received numerous comments that prove we have succeeded. Big, white, fluffy and often-sleepy bear can only be

good-natured and a bit clumsy.

Combined with vibrant colors, catchy intro song (for both kids and parents) and lively music composed for each episode specifically, the cartoon encourages dancing and singing along.
