There are three online options for High School Teachers to use when pre-registering for the 2012 ASA Annual Meeting in Denver this August, depending on your 2012 ASA membership status. Pre-registration for all High School Teachers is $100 (through July 11, 2012).
- To pre-register for 2012 ASA Annual Meeting as a secondary school teacher, if already a current 2012 ASA member, please visit:
And enter your ASA ID and password, and follow the prompts.
- To first join ASA for 2012 as a member under the special High School Teacher promotion ($60), please visit:
And click on the link to join using the code provided. Once you have joined ASA, you can pre-register for the 2012 ASA Annual Meeting using the instructions in the section above.
- To pre-register for the 2012 Annual Meeting WITHOUT joining ASA, please visit:
Enter your last name and preferred email address so ASA can check for an existing record.
If your record is not found in the system, the next web page will ask for your contact information. Please enter your mailing address, phone number and email address.
At the bottom of the page, click on the button that says “Submit and Go to Next Step for Membership”.
On the following page where it has Demographic Information on top, click on the button that says “Submit and Return to Main Menu”.
You will be taken to main menu account page that says MEMBERHIP INFORMATION and Welcome “Full Name of Individual” on top.
In the right column under the bold heading ANNUAL MEETING, click on the link called 2012 Annual Meeting Registration.
Then, you are on the 2012 annual meeting registration page. Select the appropriate, required registration category and optional events. Hit the “Proceed” button on the bottom.
Enter your credit card information to complete your meeting registration.
Once the registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email message from ASA.
