Anaesthesia Review Course’16 (ARC’16)

Dear Friends, I hope you are all familiar by now with the Anaesthesia Review Course. This annual CME, we hear from past delegates; is a great help to the postgraduates about to appear in their Anaesthesiology qualifying examinations. We are thus encouraged to continue this annual CME. This years’ CME, the 13th year running, ARC’16, will be held from 25-27th March 2016. The venue will be the Rustom Chowksi Auditorium, Golden Jubilee Block, Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. The response from both the delegates and faculty over last eleven years was extremely enthusiastic and from the feedback, it was obvious that this course fulfilled the lacuna the Anaesthesia Postgraduate student felt while preparing for the examination. This year also the teaching format will be the same, extensive case discussions and workshops that include the anaesthesia machine and instruments. The workshop being hands-on, we face difficulties if the number of delegates is too large, therefore we have to limit the number of registrations. We will give preference to exam going students and 2nd year students will be waitlisted. We will NOT accept registrations from 1st year students. The registrations will be on first come-first serve basis and there will be NO spot registrations. The last date for registration is 31st January 2016, but registrations may close earlier than this. Please ensure that you send in your registrations early as last year the CME registration were full by end of January. We hope this CME will also be successful in helping the postgraduates face their practical examination with confidence. Fee for registration is a Rs. 7000/- only. Please ensure that you write your correct e-mail address on the registration form, and you check your e-mail regularly. We will only contact you by e-mail regarding issues related to ARC’16.

Hoping to see you in Mumbai,

Dr JV Divatia Dr. Atul P. Kulkarni
