About our event:

The town of Pine Lake would like to thank you for your interest in the2015LakeFest. This event will be held on Saturday, October 3rd, 10a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, October 4th, 2015, from 12 to 6 p.m. The festival will take place along Lakeshore Dr. in Pine Lake, GA. This beautiful lakeside venue is a lovely setting for visitors to stroll among art vendors while enjoying fine food and music from our world-class stage.

Artists:

Artist space at this venue is limited. Artists of handcrafted, quality work are invited to apply, and ability to offer items at a variety of price levels is a plus. Vendors may sell only handmade, original items; NO mass-produced or commercial items may be sold.

New this year:

A 2015 “People's Choice" cash prize award will be given to an artist vendor chosen through an attendee participation process. More information to follow for artists accepted into this year’s show.

Rules for exhibitors:

  • Vendors must supply their own tents, and vendor space must be kept neat and professional.
  • Vendors may choose to unload / set up on Friday evening between 5 and 8pm, and 7 to 9:45 am on Saturday. Set up must be complete by 9:45 on Saturday, 11:45 a.m. on Sunday.
  • All vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area after unloading. Festival staff will assist in unloading in order to move vehicles from the vendor area as quickly as possible. Pack up completely before bringing your vehicle to your site at the end as well.
  • Private security is provided Friday and Saturday nights. However, the Festival is not liable for any loss or damage to any property or artwork/products of Vendor resulting from fire, wind, theft or any other cause.
  • No early tear-down is permitted. Vendors are expected to operate the full hours of each festival day.
  • Place all trash in the provided bins, and leave the area as you found it.
  • The Festival will be held rain or shine. No refunds due to inclement weather.
  • Photos, logos and/or websites provided with this registration may be used by the Festival planning committee to promote this event (in fliers, on our website, on posters, ads, etc.).
  • Access to electricity is unavailable.
  • Vendors are responsible for proper safety and health precautions to protect participants, City of Pine Lake, the public and the property of others. For this reason, smoking will be limited to specific areas away from vendor tents.

Booth Space and Vendor Fees:

Vendor space will be 10’x10’, and vendors must supply their own tents and displays. Please be prepared for high winds. LakeFest is not responsible for damage due to wind.

A maximum of three artists may choose to share one booth. The cost of a space is $100 for non-Pine Lake residents ($120 after 7/1/15). Multiple and adjoining spaces may be reserved.

In order to assess vendor diversity, applicants are asked to submit3-5 images representative of work to be sold, even if you have presented at LakeFest in the past. These images may be submitted as photos, reasonably sized file attachments or links to your webpage. If possible, please also include an image of your booth presentation (not required).

Booth fee per 10’x10’ space is $100 for non-Pine Lake residentsuntil early bird deadline, $120 after7/1/15.

Checks are to be made payable to Pine Lake City Arts. Credit card payment is accepted through PayPal, payments addressed to . Please include identifying information and the words "Artist Vendor Application Fee" with your PayPal submission.

The committee will review your application and issue final approval. You will receive confirmation upon approval. Artists not chosen for this year’s festival are invited to apply again next year. Refunds to those not accepted or those withdrawing their participation will be granted, less a $5 administrative fee, through September 1st. After September 1st, no refunds will be granted.

Festival agreement:

By signing this application, I understand and accept that this constitutes a contract between myself (the artist/business) and the Pine LakeFest 2015. I understand that my application will not be considered complete, and therefore not evaluated, until payment for booth space is received.

Further, I/Vendor agree to indemnify, defend and forever save and hold harmless the Festival, its affiliates, related entities, and their respective parents, employees, representatives, tenants, agents, contractors and volunteers, from and against any and all damages, claims, losses, demands, costs, expenses (including attorneys, fees and costs), obligations, liens, liabilities, actions and causes of action, threatened or actual, which any one of the indemnitees may suffer or incur arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the art exhibit.
