INSTRUCTIONS to prepare your AMIDILA Tentative study plan

STEP 1: Check the Academic offer available within AMIDILA at the Host University/ies of your interest.

STEP 2: Select the Subjects of your interest and relevant for your home study programme.

STEP 3: Type the chosen Subjects offered at your Host University in the Tentative Study Plan template providing:

Course unit code: this is generally a code identifying a precise Subject.

Course unit name: you must type the exact name of the Subject you would like to attend.

Number of ECTS credits or local credits or hours: you must type the number of ECTS/local credits/hours assigned to the chosen Subject.

Example:

08949 – Comparative Constitutional Law – 10 ECTS

08949 à Course unit code

Comparative Constitutional Law à Subject name

Number of ECTS credits à 10 ECTS

THESIS RESEARCH: if you want to carry out research activities for your thesis, please type in the Subject name column :“Research for thesis, see attachment” and enclose a short description of your planned research activities as a separate Word file. Please also contact your host university/ies before applying in order to find out if it is actually possible to undertake the planned research activities.

STEP 4: Sign your Tentative study plan.

STEP 6: Scan the document and upload it in your application form.

-  If you are planning to carry out research activities for your thesis please scan the AMIDILA Tentative Study Plan and the research activities description (see STEP 3) together and upload them as a single PDF or JPG file.

-  If you apply for 2 host universities, you need to fill in 2 separate and different Tentative Study Plans. Scan them together and upload them as as a single PDF or JPG file.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1.  At least 3 ECTS for each month of your mobility must be foreseen. This is the minimum amount of ECTS. 1 semester = 5/6 months = 15/18 ECTS; 1 academic year = 9/10 months = 27/30 ECTS.

2.  No signature is required from the Home or Host Universities nevertheless in order to design a successful Study Plan you are strongly invited to get in contact with both of them.
