COMMANDER’S MESSAGE:
Dear Comrades.
A flea market and bake sale was held at the post on August 20th. This project was spearheaded by Jim and Diane Peacemaker along with Tom Henley the Auxiliary. Tables were sold for $10 a piece. Sodas and hot dogs were available for purchase as well. All proceeds went to the post and Auxiliary.
Our baseball team came in 2nd place. The players and Coach Ted Paul came to the August meeting and presented the trophy.
Onie White is now under Hospice service. Let us keep her and her family in our thoughts and prayers.
Pete Whitlock is in Health South Room 111. He has a brain tumor but has told me that he will beat this! He would love to see you whenever you can visit.
