I just had another conversation with her.

The team is not listening and that came out of her mouth. I am so disappointed you have no idea. She is literally falling apart before my eyes. This is not good. I did tell her she needs to go home tonight and evaluate herself and why the crew is not listening.

Let me have Stevie do the composting project. Let me get them motivated again. My only fear is that I am down here. Not in their faces. Kim has project in project tracking one is the Co composting.

Let me know your thoughts. I cannot have her completely melt down.

Hi Ladies: In a meeting I had yesterday with our Training dept it came to light that in CO we are collecting bottles in our recycling rings on trash cans then the staff drives them to Boulder once they have accumulated a few bags….wow I had no idea but as I am sure you know where I am going with this….it is counter productive for our staff to be driving this stuff to a recycling center. Can you please check into recycling for CO. I can get landlord approval as necessary.
