* An Alumnus (or Alumni) means a person who has been a pupil of La Salle College but is no longer such a pupil. For the purpose of the Alumni Manager Election, the Alumnus who is eligible to vote or stand for election must be above 18 years old.

1. I am analumnus of La Salle College.
2. I am not a serving teacher of La Salle College.
3. I am not a school manager in the Incorporated Management Committee of La Salle College.
4. I meet and do not violate the registration requirements of managers stipulated in Section 30 of the Education Ordinance (Cap.279).
5. I am a resident in Hong Kong for at least 9 months in each year.
6. I am a fit and proper person to be the Alumni Manager.
7. I am above the age of 18 years.
8. In making or in connection with any application: (i) for registration of the School; or (ii) for registration as the Alumni Manager; I havenot made any statement or furnished any information which is false in any material particular or by reason of the omission of any material particular.
9. I am not bankrupt within the meaning of the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap. 6). I have not entered into a voluntary arrangement under that Ordinance.
10. I have not previously been convicted in Hong Kong or elsewhere of a criminal offence punishable with imprisonment.
11. I havenot been registered as a school manager of 5 or more schools in Hong Kong.

3. Statement of Introduction in not more than 300 words (in English)as set out in Annex 2.
