62 / Update on Street renaming and postcode changes at Boscombe
Glynnis reported on street naming project whereby delivery drivers have been delivering post to incorrect addresses using the Tidworth road address.
Glynnis will continue to pursue this with the Royal Mail and WC

Cllr Hill proposed acceptance of the cheques and monthly bank statement, seconded Cllr Silvester, all in favour.
65 / Discuss and vote on expenditure for cctv cameras and their positions in the village. Presentation from Cllr Silvester
Cllr Silvester briefed the PC on the process of obtaining cctv cameras for the village.
The PC discussed potential areas for the cameras and Cllr Brunton proposed to proceed with the purchase of the cameras, seconded Cllr Whitehouse, all in favour
66 / Report by Cllr Banks and vote on action concerning line of sight to A338 from Bourne View entrance
Cllr Banks reported he has investigated who is responsible for the hedges / bushes at Bourne View which are causing a problem for vehicles which are leaving the road.
Cllr Banks to organise a working party to clear the bushes / hedges.

Cllr Brunton thanked Glynnis Barnes for her hard work on the street naming project
Cllr Brunton reported that the WC contractor for tree surgery, Atkins Global, have made a statement there is no action needed on the Sycamore / Ash trees in the Village.
The PC agreed to pursue the situation with the possibility of obtaining part funding from the Amesbury Area Board, residents and the PC.
The estimated quote for the tree felling is £4500.00
Cllr Silvester reported further work is being carried out by BT in laying the fibre trunking for the Broadband.
