All Tech Students MUST to Bring in the Following

Welcome tech class!

All students will receive a login and password. Keep it secure and do not allow others to use your login and password.

This school year we will use Google Apps for Education. You will also receive a login for Google Apps.

**All tech students MUST to bring in the following:

1.  (1) Hand Sanitizer

2.  (1) Box of Kleenex

3.  (1) Paper Towel Roll

Tech class rules and expectation:

1.  Come in quietly and stand for prayer. Do NOT log-in until told to do so.

2.  Read the board and begin the assignment if one exists. If not, wait for instructions to be given before doing anything.

3.  You must have permission to use the Internet.

4.  Only open programs you are instructed to use and remain in the assigned program unless you have permission.

5.  Do not download anything unless given permission.

6.  Print by permission only.

Tech class work:

1.  Only class work is given in 8th Technology.

2.  All class work is submitted using Google Classroom, unless otherwise stated.

3.  All students will complete around 90 minutes of Ultra Key (Typing) a week.

Remember to…

1.  Raise your hand to speak. No yelling out.

2.  Listen attentively and follow ALL directions.

3.  Check the technology class webpage frequently, as well as, Google Classroom.

Technology Class Consequences:

¨  1st Offense - Verbal Warning - Reminder of Rules

¨  2nd – Offense - Student is removed from computer for the rest of the class period and will work at a table.

¨  3rd Conduct Referral and/or Parent Email
