All Starz Gymnastics Class Sign-Up Form:
TO register in facility or by mail:
- Select the class day and time from the schedule form. Please include 1st & 2nd choice, classes DO fill quickly. Please fill out a liability form if you are a NEW student.
- Calculate the amount due:
Sibling discount: 1st child pays full tuition. All other siblings receive a 15% discount. If the SAME child takes multiple classes they will pay full price for 1st class and receive 50% off each additional class.
Accepted payment types IN facility: cash or check only
If you are enrolled in your 1st choice of class you WILL NOT be notified.
If you DO NOT get your 1st choice we WILL contact you. If you ARE NOT able to attend your 2nd choice you will receive a FULL refund. Sorry no registration taken over the phone.
TO register ONLINE:
- Go to our website Click on parent portal, you must use the e-mail address you gave us. Use the password you created. (If you forgot it click the I forgot my password button.) You will be logged in after you enter e-mail and password.
- Select classes you want to register for. Go to payments and complete enrollment by paying for class(es). Credit Card Accepted ONLINE ONLY!!
*Sibling discounts should automatically be calculated for you, as well as discount if taking multiple classes.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS UNLESS MEDICAL REASON ACOMPANIED BY A DOCTORS NOTE. AND MULTIPLE CLASSES MISSED DUE TO MEDICAL REASON.
We do offer make-ups at the end of each term for missed classes.

Winter ONLINE Registration begins Friday. Dec. 1stat 9am for current students. New and returning students can register starting Mon. Dec. 4th. **PLEASE note with registration live online we CANNOT stop new students from registering. We can ONLY tell them to wait until Monday. So please register on Dec. 1st if you need a certain class. We CANNOT hold spots.
