Introduction

All Souls Catholic School is a Catholic elementary school in South San Francisco dedicated to providing a Catholic education to the children of All Souls Parish and the surrounding community.

All Souls Catholic school is committed to teach and live the Gospel message as well as to prepare students to be active Christians, confident communicators, and fully integrated individuals.

Student Learning Expectations

Our school philosophy states: “All Souls Catholic School is a community of faith where we believe that each child is an unique creation of God, blessed with a special set of talents and gifts.” All members of the school community work in partnership to guide each child in the development of his/her potential. It is our goal, therefore, to graduate students who are:

Long Range Process

All Souls Catholic School has been active with planning for the future and this Five-Year Plan has been an accumulation of research and meetings with various stakeholders to promote the best learning experiences and environment for the children.

The process takes into account the recommendations from the WCEA/WASC Visiting Team along with reports from the school finance team, faculty and staff, school and parish leadership teams, and members of the school board.

Academics – Curriculum

All Souls Catholic School strives to expand its vision for the 21st century while maintaining and improving excellence in the curriculum. In this way, All Souls Catholic School will continue to offer a challenging and rigorous learning experience for all its students.

All Souls Catholic School is committed to ensuring students are well prepared for high school, are active Christians, confident communicators, fully integrated individuals, life long learners, and responsible citizens. Students at All Souls will become faith-filled young people who will be able to contribute to the Church and in the local and global community.

The future financial stability of All Souls Catholic School is dependent upon the success of a development plan, which expands community exposure and fosters a positive public image of the school.

Effective marketing and development strategies will nurture community goodwill to support student achievement, staff, parish, school families, alumni, neighbors and businesses.

Technology

In support of delivering an outstanding 21st Century education to our students, the importance of technology as an enabler to this vision is recognized. In our mission statement, we clearly state and recognize the needs of our students living in a global and technological society.

Finance/Resource Management
