PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE THEATER EARLY ENOUGH TO GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO WARM UP AND BE READY TO GO AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. START PRACTICING YOUR HAIR AND MAKE-UP SKILLS NOW!
BRING PRACTICE CLOTHES, SOMETHING WARM TO WEAR AND SOMETHING WITH WHICH TO KEEP YOURSELF OCCUPIED DURING REHEARSAL, I.E. HOMEWORK, A BOOK, A QUIET GAME, ETC.
WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP TO THE SCHEDULE; PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT PROBLEMS DO HAVE A WAY OF POPPING UP AND SLOWING THINGS DOWN. IT’S AN EXTREMELY STRESSFUL TIME. PLEASE BE PATIENT. YOUNG CHILDREN WILL NOT BE EXPECTED TO STAY LATER THAN 9:00 PM.

ALL CAST MEMBERS, 11 YEARS AND OLDER, ARE REQUIRED TO HELP “STRIKE” THE SHOW AFTER THE SUNDAY PERFORMANCE. There will be work on stage, and in the dressing rooms. EVERYONE helps!
When everyone has put in a MINIMUM of 30 minutes of work, they can go up to the balcony for the cast party.

You are being called early for the performances so that you have enough time to WARM UP, and get into make-up and costume. It is going to be crowded, so everyone MUST be responsible for their own belongings. Bring only the things you absolutely need. Be RESPECTFUL of each other and especially respectful to adults in charge of make-up, hair, costumes, etc. We want to continue to make this a positive experience, so let’s all get along and be supportive of each other. Keep in mind that there is ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK permitted in the seating area of the auditorium. If you have snacks, eat/drink them in the dressing rooms. Everyone is doing a magnificent job! Keep up the good work and ENJOY!
