Corrigendum

With reference to tender No. TS345602E advertised on PPRA website regarding purchase of 7 A.C Invertors and 02 LED TVs 40 inch. The following corrigendum is hereby issued.

  1. The quantity of A.Cs mentioned in the advertisement may be read as 05 A.C Invertors (1.5 Ton) and 02 A.C Invertors (1 Ton) instead of 07 A.C Invertors of 1.5 ton and 1.0 ton.
  2. The name of the department may be read as Directorate General Audit Disaster Management instead of Directorate GeneralAudit (ERRA) mentioned in advertisement at some places.

All other terms and conditions of the tender will remain unchanged.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders/bids are invited from reputed local parties/firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for purchase of seven (07) Air Conditioner Inverters 1.5 / 1.0 Ton.

  1. Tenders must reach the undersigned by 10:00AM on 13th March 2018. Tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders.
  1. A call deposit (in the shape of Demand Draft) of 5% of the bid price in favor of D.D.O (Directorate General Audit, Disaster Management) must be attached alongwith tender, otherwise tender will not be acceptable.
  1. This office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders as per Rule 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
  1. The suppliers/vendors are required to provide a certificate that the firm is not black listed by the PPRA.

A)CONTRACT

Directorate General Audit (Disaster Management) Islamabad intends to purchase of 07 Air Conditioner Inverters and 02 LED TV 40” for which sealed tenders are invited from reputed local parties/firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the purchase of 07 Air Conditioner Inverters and 02 LED TV 40”

B)RECEIPTS AND OPENING OF TENDER

  1. Tenders must reach the undersigned by 10:00AM on 13th March 2018. Tenders will be opened by the purchase committee at11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders.
  2. Bids should be place in separated sealed cover marked as PURCHASE OF AIR CONDITIONER INVERTERS AND LED TV.
  3. Bids should be signed and typed on company letter head.

D)RATES

  1. Bidders should quote their rates in Pak Rupees (inclusive of Government Taxes were applicable). Sales tax or any duty should be shown separately. Rates would be valid upto 30th June, 2018.

E)EARNEST MONEY

  1. Bids should accompany a call deposit of 5% of the quoted amount in favor of D.D.O (Directorate General Audit, Disaster Management).

F)DISQUALIFICATION

  1. The bid will be rejected if there is any deviation from any instruction as laid down in the bid document i.e.
  2. Tenders submitted without or less earnest money.
  3. Tenders received after specified date and time.
  4. Tenders received without certificate of Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Number.
  5. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any bid to accept/reject bid (s)/ tender according to PPRA rules.
  6. The agreement can be cancelled at any time during the Financial Year 2017-18 in case of poor quality.
