Subject: Request for rescheduling of date for declaration of Result of Session Ending Examination from 28/03/2013 to any date on or after 30/03/2013.

Respected Sir,

I take the opportunity to submit to your good-self that the festival of ‘HOLI’ will be celebrated in the country on 26th & 27th March’ 2013 and as per the schedule circulated by KVS, the result of session ending Examination for the year 2013 will be declared on 28/03/2013. In most of the KVs the Annual Examination will be conducted upto 23/03/2013, and in some beyond this date.

You will appreciate that the preparation of the result of the session ending Examination is a time taking process which requires a high degree of concentration and accuracy by the teachers. We have sufficient reasons to believe that any schedule to declare the results, after its preparation immediately following the day of HOLI will leave the teachers & his/her family members with no other alternative except to compromise with the celebration of the festival.

Hence, it is most humbly requested to your good-self to issue suitable direction to all the competent authorities to reschedule the date of declaration of results for session ending examination from 28/03/2013, to any date on or after 30/03/2013, (29/03/2013 being the Good Friday) for which all the KV Teachers will remain highly obliged.
