Playing Schedule
Entries will be listed according to current ranking and then split into an appropriate number of groups of the appropriate number of players at the discretion of the Referee. Each group, maximum 8 players will then play a Round Robin tournament to decide the winner of each group.
All Group Winners will receive £25 Stiga Voucher.
All Group Runners up will receive £15 Stiga Voucher
Provisional start time for all Groups is 9:00am
Venue Location and Directions:
From M1 – leave at junction 26 and follow A610 into Nottingham then at the first set of Traffic Lights (approx 2 miles) turn left into Stockhill Lane and continue straight on at first mini island. Continue until the Traffic Lights on Nottingham City Ring Road. Turn left and continue on the Ring Road through one set of traffic lights and 2 islands until the Traffic Lights as it joins the A60. At those traffic lights aim to get into 2nd lane from the left so that you can take a right turn at the next set of traffic lights.
After turning right take 3rd exit (virtually straight ahead) at the next island onto Arno Vale Road then continue but bear slightly right at next set of Traffic Lights. Shortly you will cross the B684 at a set of Traffic Lights at the top of the hill then continue along Arnold Lane into Gedling bearing left at the first mini island. Wood Lane is the 2nd left
There is ample car parking at the premises. On site there are toilets, a social area and disabled facilities.
Hot and cold food is available thoughout the day

TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS
1.All entrants must be affiliated as Player Members to Table Tennis England oranother
Nationalassociation in Membership of the ITTF.
2. ITTF Regulations for International Competitions apply except those relating to matters
covered by items marked (x) in this Entry Form.
3. Completion and submission of this Entry Form signifies agreement by the Entrant to
the Conditions of the Competition including variations from the ITTF requirements.
4. All matches shall be the best of five games up to 11 points.
5. Players clothing main colour must not be white.
6. No competitor or official shall engage in betting on players or matches.
7. All competitors shall be required to umpire and will be scheduled to do so.
8. Doping is not permitted before or during play, doping control tests may take place.
9. ITTF Regulation 3.04.04.02 for time outs does not apply to this event (x).
Tournament Information
1. If the Tournament is over subscribed (max 72 entrants) acceptance will be on first
come first accepted.
2. The last day for receipt of entries is Saturday 22nd December2018. The Groups will
be set onSaturday 22nd December2018 at Nottingham Sycamore Table Tennis
Academy.
3. The results of the Tournament will be supplied to Table Tennis England and will,
where applicable, adjust a Players Rating.
4. Each entrant will receive an acknowledgement of entry by E Mail or SAE depending
on which is supplied with the entry form.
5. Play throughout will be on Butterfly Centrefold 25 tables using 3* Stiga Plastic balls in
courtsmeasuring 9.5m x 5m. Overhead Lighting is to Table Tennis England
CompetitionStandard and minimum height of the playing area is 5m.
6. Players with a current rating on the Table Tennis EnglandOctober 2018 Ratings list
will be banded according to that list. Players without a rating will be put in the Groups
after the ratedPlayer Groups.
7. The event will be played in groups, the number and size of those groups will be at the
discretion of the Organiser and will depend on the number ofentrants. All players
within each group will play each other and the outcome of each group will be
decided by the results of all those matches.The Maximum group size will be 8.
8. Each match will be controlled by an umpire, whose decision will be final on all
matters of fact.
9. Practise tables will not be available. Competitors will be permitted to practise on
tables not in use at the discretion of the Referee.
10. Car Parking is available at the Centre at the owner’s risk
