How will we use your data?

The personal data you have provided here will be used only for:

  • Fulfilling your booking and securing payment;
  • Administrative purposes in relation to pre and post event organisation*;
  • Keeping you informed and updated about the event

When you send us this completed booking form, with or without payment, you have made a formal agreement to attend this event. We will reserve space for you accordingly. To protect us from losses incurred by non-attendance (e.g. the cost of hiring the venue), cancellation fees apply as detailed below.

  • Cifas reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
  • Payment in full must be received before the event. Cifas reserves the right to reallocate the place to another delegate if fees are not paid promptly. Failure to receive the event fee at least one week prior to the event will result in cancellation of the reservation(s).
  • Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event will incur an administration charge of £20 per delegate. Cancellations 15-30 days before the event incur a charge of 50% of the delegate fee in addition to the administration charge. No refund is given to cancellations 14 days or less before the event date. Substitutions can be made at any time at no additional cost.

*Your personal data will only be disclosed to a third party where Cifas is required to do so by law; under a confidentiality agreement with Cifas hardware or software suppliers for administrative purposes relating to this event only (unless you have otherwise given permission above); or to recover a debt, in the case of non-payment.
