All breakfasts served with cereal, fresh fruit, juice, milk, coffee, tea and hot chocolate

Pancakes- Piping hot pancakes, sausage links, warm berry sauce, fresh whipped topping and hot syrup.

French Toast– Our homemade cinnamon bread dipped into a vanilla egg batter, grilled and dusted with confectioner’s sugar, sausage patties and hot syrup.

*Bacon can be added to any breakfast for $.50

ALTERNATIVES:

Egg McChampion–LC’s breakfast sandwich; toasted English muffin, Canadian bacon and a slice of American cheese melted over a fried egg and seasoned home fried potatoes.

Scrambled Eggs- Freshly cracked eggs topped with shredded Cheddar/Jack cheese, sausage and wedge-cut fried potatoes.

Either our homemade pancakes or French toast, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs and hot syrup. Brunch is also served with seasonal fresh fruit platters, granola, warm coffee cake, and a variety of yogurts, toasted bagels, and cream cheeses.

LUNCH

STANDARD:

All lunches served with drinks, fresh fruit, dessert, coffee, tea and hot chocolate

Chicken Sandwiches -Breaded chicken breasts on a warm bun, and seasoned French fries. Lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on the side.

ALTERNATIVES:

Hot Dogs and Hamburgers- All beef hot dogs and hamburgers with French fries. cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomates and all traditional condiments on the side.

Taco Buffet–Warm tortillas and taco shells, seasoned meat, refried beans smothered in shredded Cheddar/Jack cheese, Mexican style rice and tortilla chips. A variety of toppings include crisp shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, and salsa.

Soup and Sandwiches– Slices of cheese sandwiched between buttered bread grilled to perfection and hot tomato soup.

*Cheese Steaks-All beef or chicken cheese steaks on a warm hoagie roll with melted American cheese and seasoned French fries. Sautéed onions on the side.

DINNER

STANDARD:

All dinners served with drinks, salad, fresh homemade bread, butter, dessert, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

Spaghetti and Meatballs -Fresh pasta served with a hearty meatball and tomato sauce. Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper on the side.

ALTERNATIVES:

Baked Ziti – Pasta with Italian sausage and herbs in marinara sauce covered in mozzarella cheese and baked until bubbly.

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo -Marinated grilled chicken and our homemade Alfredo sauce on a bed of spinach and egg pasta noodles. Served with sauteed parmesangreen beans on the side.

*Flank Steak-Marinated and then grilled to perfection, steamed broccoli topped with cheddar cheese sauce and oven roasted Montreal baby red potatoes.

*Pizza and Wings Buffet-Our homemade cheese and pepperoni pizza along with chicken fingers in a house-made spicy buffalo sauce.

SNACKS

Pizza Delivery

New York Style Pizza delivered from our local Pizza place. This snack includes juice and water.

Cookies & Punch Multiple flavors of cookies served with juice and water, served buffet style.

S ‘mores Marshmallows, graham crackers and Hershey’s chocolate bars, served on the beach by the bonfire.

Camp Pizza Camp made pizza served in the dining hall with juice and water. This snack can be delivered to cabins for an extra $.50.

Chips and Salsa Tortilla chips and salsa served with juice and water at tables.

Hors d ‘Oeuvres An array of different fried foods (i.e. wings, mini tacos, mozzarella sticks, etc.) placed on trays, for delivery before your meal.

Ice Cream Sundae Bar Multiple flavors of ice cream and toppings served buffet style.

Doughnuts & Hot Cocoa Multiple flavors of doughnuts with hot cocoa served buffet style.
