C Division changed from 8 teams to 10 team division. Tops moved from A/B Division to C Division. Clash placed in A/B Division to replace Tops. Tremors placed in C Division.

Alignment Committee keeps A/B Division at 12 teams, C Division at 10 teams, D Division at 8 teams, moves Livermore Grizzlies from A/B Division to C Division, Hayward Shakers from C Division to A/B Division, Fremont Tremors from C Division to D Division, Hayward Blast from D Division to C Division
