WORK HISTORY

Wells Fargo Bank, Personal Banker

Help each customer succeed financially. Spend time with customers that have questions about their accounts. I handled all kinds of customers that ranged from beginner bankers to high value customers. Cross sell for other opportunities that will suit them financially. Make a lot of outbound calls to existing customers and noneexisting. Complete wire transfers. That included domestic and foreign. Help each teller with their cross sells as well as coaching them so they can succeed too. Opened personal and business accounts. I also gave them awesome customer service as far as following up on all my customers and give them that WOW experience that Wells Fargo stands by. Handled auto, personal, home equity and secured loans, and of course credit cards.

Apr.08- Aug.09

Sprint PCS, Sales

Every month I have a quota to hit for selling the phones and accessories. I dont have a set schedule so either I open one day or close the next. I love having to talk face to face with our customers. I will always get them into the right phone and service plan that fits their budget. Give customers service thats needed. Make the customers feel like an EXPERT when they leave my store. Also, give each customer the RED CARPET service no matter themre coming for.

Oct. ‘07 - Jan. ‘08

CVS/Pharmacy, Retail Associate

As a retail associate I would help customers with any question they might have. I would always be on the floor running things on the shelves. Every once in a while I would get on the cash register when needed. Also pull stock from stockroom to bring to the floor.

Jan. ‘06 - Oct. ‘07

LA Weight Loss, Sales Consultant

Working in the weight loss industry was different. I would counsel those that came in and bought a membership and help them get to their desired weight. I would do everything. I performed the consultation to see what membership would work best. I did medical histories, and last but not least the everyday counseling. As we sat with them we would try to sell them on a new product or just even a big package that could range from $24.00 to $2,000.00. I had daily goals to meet as well as the end of the month paper work.

I helped with payroll and tracking the end of the month sales for the center and each individual sales counselor.

Aug. ‘04 - Nov. ‘04

IPAC Mazda, Car Sales

Had quota to meet at the end of every month. Walked up the customers as they drove into the parking lot. Helped assisted in the car that they wanted to buy. Every morning I would personal walk the lot to see what we had in inventory.

Jan. ‘03 - June ‘03

Wells Fargo Bank, Teller

I would help each customer with deposits or withdrawals. Greet them when they pulled up in my lanes that I am assigned to. We also had to meet quotas at the end of each quarter. I had to cross sale each customer and look for the opportunity.
