Alcohol has been around humans for many of centuries, along with alcohol usually came fights, incarceration sickness as well death. Alcohol has a medical purpose, at one time consider the cure for all; it is in mouthwash, deodorants, and many other products, there are three types of alcohol; beer, wine, and spirit/mixed drinks(Ron Augustine, 1999). The process for making drinking alcohol such as beer or wine are called Fermentation also distillation for thousands of years these two processes has produce a liquid libation for stress and medical relief for the sick and suffering. A concern as well controversial topic has always been associated with alcohol today the consumption of the drug. Created from grains, fruits, or vegetables by a process known as fermenting, a process for which at one time known to have been performed in your home, now done in large manufacturing plants or wineries. (Bailey, 2012). Alcohol has four major concerns Alcoholism, Diseases, Pregnancy Problems, and Legal Problem, Work Problems, (adams, 2013). Alcohol taken to the point of abuse can cause seizures, subdural hemorrhage, and cancer of the liver hang over, bad breath, kidney failure, death, and addiction. Too better, regulate alcohol, Perhaps the lowering of the alcohols proof. Raising the price for all alcohol and the drinking age to 25years old, may help to reduce the abuse of alcohol. Another would be to reduce the accessibility by limiting the purchases of a liquor license. By lowering, the proof of alcohol drinkers may find it is not worth the price, by making the age older to drink as well too purchase, more mature people will be more responsible, and lowering the accessibility and raising the price to purchase alcohol with stiffer fine will make the distributors more responsible to who they sell to. Government must take a more proactive look into the requirements to purchase a license to sell alcohol as well make it a monthly obligation of manufacturer, distributors and sales to report statistic, like how much is brought, sold and to whom by video, and enforcing the laws at a local level.
