Creating a Profile

If you are a new user you will need to create a profile before placing your first order. If you have an existing profile you can skip this step and login using your previously created username and password.

  1. After reaching the login page by following the above link, enter your email address and what you would like your password to be. Select the “I am a new user” option before hitting the continue button.
  1. You will then be asked to enter your First and Last name
  1. After entering your first and last name it will bring you to your new home page. Hit the “Start Order” button to move forward.
  1. Because this is your first time ordering it will ask you to select your division before allowing you to view the catalog. Please ensure you are selecting the appropriate division based off of both your location, and if you are a retail or pharmacy employee. This selection will be saved for future orders, but may be edited in your profile should you re-locate.
  1. Once you have selected your division it will bring you to the catalog page, which will show all products available to your division.

Selecting and Personalizing Your Items

Once you have logged into the ordering site and selected “Start Order” you will be brought to the catalog page, which shows all items available for your division. In this example we will place a business card order as an employee in the Denver retail division.

  1. Select the quantity you would like for the item you are placing an order for.
  1. Once you have selected the quantity click the “Add to Basket” button.
  1. Enter the imprint information as you would like it to appear on your item.
  2. Approved titles and store locations are available in the drop down lists. If your title or location is not available please contact Maryann Rios at 925.467.3506 or .
  3. First name, Last Name, Title, and Division are required on business cards. If you would like a business card that does not have a name or title on the card please select the “Generic” title and it will remove the name/title from the business cards and insert a blank line it its place.

  1. Once you have entered all of your information select “Proof Your Items” at the bottom of the configure page to see what your item will look like when printed.
  1. Please ensure you carefully review the proof of your item(s). All orders will print exactly as shown – Telepress does not review orders for mistypes or spelling errors.

  1. If there is an error with the proof select the “Make Changes” button to bring you back to the imprint page. If you have more items you would like to add to your order you can “Continue Shopping” to return to the catalog. If this is the only item you would like to place in this order you will select “Checkout”.
  1. Once you have proofed all items and clicked “Checkout” it will bring you to the checkout page. Here you can edit the quantity or remove items form your cart and review your requester, billing, and shipping information.
  2. All items in an order must be billed to the same location. If you need items for multiple stores please place multiple orders.
  3. All orders ship via Ground service to your division mail room, where they will be sorted and final delivery will be made to each store. Please contact either Maryann Rios at 925.467.3506, or Telepress Customer Service at 800.234.4466 if you require special handling of your order.
  1. Once you have finished confirming that all information on the checkout page is correct hit the “Review Order” button at the bottom of the checkout screen.
  1. You now have a final chance to review the items in your shopping card, along with your billing and shipping information. If anything is incorrect please select the “Make Changes” button. If everything looks good you can “Send Order”
  1. Once you have sent the order you will see your Telepress order tracking number on the screen. You will also receive an email confirmation, but please do make a note of your order tracking number or print the on-screen confirmation for good measure.

The process for ordering business cards for a pharmacy is the same as ordering for a retail location, with the exception that different title options are available on the business cards, along with the addition of being able to add the Pharmacy hours to the business card.
