We are pleased to invite you to participate in our yearly conference September 14 to 16th at the beautiful Delta Lodge at Kananaskis. We are very excited about being able to bring you a great opportunity to share your information and services to our clinic managers across Alberta. This is to over 80 clinics and in excess of 1,000 physicians. With your booth registration this gives you a rectangle Table sized 6 ft X 2.5 ft. For each additional rep it is $420. You can also show your support and get your name out by sponsoring a coffee break or participate in an infomercial. Our infomercial gives you 10 minutes in front of our members during our programs to ‘show your wares.’ All supporters of the conference will have their company logo and short description of their company posted on our website. We have heard you in regards to be able to register on line and with a credit card. This year you can do both. After you register on line you will receive a confirmation of registration.

Our jam packed program will give you many opportunities to connect with our clinic managers. We will kick off our conference with a fun meet and greet Golf Tournament or if golf is not your thing we will have another fun activity to be announced at a later date. Tentative Schedule included showing the ‘vendor’ show times where we have allotted time for the managers to see what you have to offer in information and services. If you have some swag you would like us to include in the registration bag just connect with one of the executive team.

The Delta Lodge at Kananaskis has rooms held for the Conference at rates from $155.00 plus taxes. Please note there will be a $9 per day tax on each room. There is free parking and no Park Pass Fee.
