Airline Insight Hardware/Software Requirements and Installation Procedures
Introduction
Travelport has created this document to provide you with the necessary hardware requirements and software pre-requisites needed to launch our latest product called “Airline Insight”. This application was build using the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and utilizes Microsoft’s .NET Framework v4 (or v4.5) “Client Profile” plugin. This graphical BI reporting application is installed on a user’s workstation and it connects to application servers that are hosted on Travelport’s network domain.
Hardware and Software Requirements
The user’s workstation (laptop, desktop or VMware) must be running one of the following 32 or 64 bit Microsoft Windows Operating systems.

Minimum free hard-disk space of 100Mb
Typical RAM required to operate Windows is enough
Preferred screen resolution of 1280 x 1024
The user’s workstation will also need to have Microsoft’s .NET Framework v4 (or v4.5) “Client Profile” installed. This is approximately a 50Mb installation file. You can check to see if you already have the .NET Framework installed by performing the following steps or just proceed to the Microsoft .NET Framework v4 installation steps below.

Next click Control Panel which will display the following window or one similar to it that contains various icons.
Double click the Add or Remove Programs icon as shown above shaded in blue.

How to receive Travelport’s Airline Insight Email notifications
Each client should check with their internal IT department to determine what ‘spam’ program(s) are used and request that they be updated to include two Travelport Airline Insight URL domains. Each user should also check their personal PC or computer’s settings to ensure that the domains are also updated.
