MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING BUSINESS AND COMPENSATION PLAN
pv = point value
Each product has a point value assigned as a part of the MLM program. This value is utilized in determining commissions and awards. One bottle of Cleanshield INT has a point value (PV) of 10 points
PPV = Pedrsonal point VALUE
Each Marshal is required to purchase a minimum monthly purchase of bottles as valued in points (10 points per bottle) and is referred to as the PPV. This monthly minimum purchase is compulsory and varies with level of Lead Marshal.
LM1, LM2, LM3 = 20 PV monthly, LM4 = 30 PV, LM5 = 40 PV, AMPLE = 50 PV
PPP = PURCHASE PLus program
PPP, or the Purchase Plus Program, refers to all personal purchases of product by Marshal over and above monthly PPV. (A REBATE of 25% X PV applies for Marshal who makes the PPP order). Use of Special PPP order form is required.
gbv = group business value
This term is used to designate point value (PV) of all purchases (including those in addition to compulsory PPV) that are made directly by Marshal and NOT by down line. Point value per product remains the same as PV or GPV.
gPv = group point value (or simply referred to as "pv" or "GV”)
The term GPV is used to designate point value of all purchases made by down line of the Marshal. Point value per product remains the same.

§ Pays 20% against RETAIL Naira Value to Direct Sponsor for first LEG 1
§ Pays 25% against RETAIL Naira Value to Direct Sponsor for second LEG 2 +
§ Indirect Generational Bonuses are paid against PV
3. PPV BONUS/REBATE - PAYS AGAINST PERSONAL POINT VALUE (MONTHLY PPV)
§ Pays 20% times PV* to Direct Up line Sponsor

4. PPP BONUS/REBATE - PURCHASE PLUS PROGRAM
PPP REBATE applies to personal purchases by Marshal IN ADDITION to PPV purchase
§ Pays 20% times PV as Direct REBATE to Marshal (PPP purchaser)
§ Pays 20% times PV to Direct Up line Sponsor
§ Indirect Generational Bonuses are paid against PV
5. Indirect Bonus PAYOUT LEVELS
Indirect bonuses are paid to down line developed by Marshal. Take advantage of this lucrative indirect bonus as you carefully design down line. Paid on PPP and IQP.

13. ANNUAL “GETAWAY” FOR TWO
Ample Marshals who maintain PPV earn annual vacation “getaway” for two to special locations selected by Company
15. MONTHLY HOUSING FUND $900 per Month
Ample Marshal earns this 2nd level luxury monthly housing fund when special terms and conditions are met.
16. LUXURY MONTHLY HOUSING FUND $2000 per Month
Ample Marshal earns monthly housing fund
17. GLOBAL AMPLE ROUNDTABLE PROFIT FUND 4%
Roundtable participation in annual net profit earnings (4% shared by AMPLE group)

· No surpassing of Up Line Sponsor
· Must purchase product at Distributor’s Price (and sell at Recommended Retail Price)

1. MAKE IQP PURCHASE – INITIAL QUALIFICATION PURCHASE
Must purchase 100 PV - 10 BOTTLES - to accumulate 100PV in order to qualify as Marshal LM 1
2. MAINTAIN MONTHLY “PPV” - PERSONAL POINT VALUE (COMPULSORY)
A minimum personal point value (see chart above for levels for each rank) must be earned in EACH month to maintain qualification for all monthly bonuses. Failure in any month disqualifies Marshal for ALL bonuses in that month.
3. MAINTAIN MONTHLY “PPV” MINIMUM OF 8 MONTHS OF EACH YEAR TO EARN AWARDS
In order to qualify for awards, monthly PPV must be maintained a minimum of 8 months out of each year.

Every Distributor is expected to read and understand these terms, rules, and regulations. Any Distributor who fails to abide by the rules and regulation will not claim ignorance to the rules and regulations in use.
