NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION
Sealed item rate quotations as detailed below are invited for the under mentioned work on behalf of Secretary, Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Narela , up to 2.30 p.m. on date indicated below from the Manufacturer/authorized dealers The tender will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. in the office of Secretary, APMC Narela, , Delhi-40 in the presence of the quotationer or their authorized representatives who may like to attend. Quotations received after the prescribed time and date shall not be considered.

The earnest money as indicated above shall have to be deposited by the quotationer along with the quotation in the shape of Cash/ Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of APMC, Narela, who do not deposit the earnest money in the prescribed manner, shall be summarily rejected. The firm who has participated in first call in the tender and deposit the EMD will also be considered in second call.
The quotations forms and other contract conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned by the parties themselves or their representative duly authorized on any working day (except Wednesday being weekly off) up to the last date of issue of tenders as indicated above till 1.00 P.M.
