HSHS will donate making copies, Rose will go to the Food and Hunger network and as if anyone is in need of hard copies.
Beyond Health Event – Packer Atrium (in October), might want to make the Food Drive Five into a display. John will discuss with Beyond Health committee.
October 17, Scouting for Food – will need volunteers for inventory.
Stephanie and Karen met with Kelly from Bellin to work on a Press Release for the media. Should have something in the next few weeks.
Currently HSHS, Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine, Bellin, and ADRC will have drop off sites at their location. Food Drive is from October 10th-17th.
Mark emailed out the plan to everyone. We will need to use this going forward to stay focused. He also has a distribution list as well. Any additions to send to Karen as she holds the master.
Beyond Health Student Internship:
1.  Approx number of hrs/wk = 10 hrs/wk for a 3 credit class
2.  Credit or non-credit
3.  Requirement of Supervising professional (might need a specific degree for oversight)
4.  Educational Institutional Liaison
5.  Summary of primary duties and responsibilities
6.  Other duties as developed and agreed upon
7.  Work hours (negotiated at the beginning of the internship)
8.  Start date and completion date
9.  Summary of activities and work samples (mid-point and at the end of the internship) / John to send out the version 8 of the Beyond Health
John, Karen and Le will have to look at the data from the Scouting for Food drives to make sure we have good measures.
Team members please work on getting volunteers for October 17.

Karen is speaking to the class; Le will do a check-in about half way into the class to make sure things are going well with the research.
