2010-159 Approving Closeout Change Order No. 1 for Al Neto Contractors, Inc. for the Main Street Sidewalk Improvements Project which increases the original contract amount from $135,494.61 to $140,810.60 which represents a net increase of $5,315.99.
2010-160 Accepting the work, closing out the contract and issuing final payment in the amount of $2,816.21 to Al Neto Contractors, Inc. for the Main Street Sidewalk Improvements Project subject to the posting of a one (1) year 15% Maintenance Bond in the amount of $21,121.59.
