To confirm the Minutes of the Hamworthy East and West and Poole Town Area Committee held on 8 October 2008, as a correct record (attached).

4.  BUDGET AND COUNCIL TAX 2009/10

To receive a presentation from the Leader of the Council,

Councillor Leverett.

5. PROPOSALS FOR LOCALISED WIDENING OF SELDOWN BRIDGE

To consider proposals to widen the Carriageway opposite the Northbound Bus Stop (attached).

6. ITEMS FOR INFORMATION

(i)  CARTER COMMUNITY SCHOOL AND TURLIN MOOR REFURBISHMENT OF THE MULTI USE GAMES AREAS

To note the Update Report on the changes to the planned spend of the Shapwick Road Development 106 allocation for Carter Community School and the planned refurbishment of the Turlin Moor Multi Use Games Area (attached).

(ii)  HAMWORTHY PARK

To note the Report of the Head of Leisure Services, on the installation of a rebound wall facility and construction of a new footpath at Hamworthy Park (attached).

(iii)  OPEN FORUM

Opportunity for residents to address matters.

7. URGENT BUSINESS

To consider any business, which in the opinion of the Chairman is urgent and may be considered at this meeting.

8. FUTURE MEETINGS

The next Meeting is scheduled to be held at 7.00pm on Wednesday

11 February 2009 at Carter’s School, Hamworthy, Poole.
