1. Resolution requesting approval from the State Auditor’s Office to amend the General Fund Fiscal Year 2015/2016 in the amount of $1,274,067.00 to recognize the revenue and expenditure for the entire value of lease agreements for police cars, fire truck and air packs. (Sponsored by Councilmen Rockhold, Reed, Lynch, and Bigley)

2. Resolution authorizing City Council to forward the procedural audit performed by Perry and Associates, CPA, A.C. entitled ‘City of Parkersburg, Wood County, WV Consulting Report, Background Observations, of the Coal Severance Fund to the Wood County Prosecuting Attorney. (Sponsored by Councilmen Carpenter, Brown, and Coram.) (amendment to add second paragraph)

2a. Resolution authorizing Mayor Colombo to submit a Land and Water Conservation grant to the State of WV for City Park pool enhancement project, in the amount of $80,000.00. (50% match is in the CDBG budget for 2014/2015) (Sponsored by Councilmen Bigley, Coram, Carpenter, and Wilcox.) (added to agenda November 13, 2015)

3. An ordinance amending the Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual in Tables I and II of the Compensation Plan to reflect re-classifications for ten (10) different positions, effective July 1, 2015. (Sponsored by the Personnel Committee)

4. An ordinance vacating the remaining utility right-of-way on McKinley Avenue between 25th and 26th Streets (the petitioner is seeking the closure to build a permanent structure) (Sponsored by Municipal Planning Commission.)

IX. ORDINANCE, FIRST READING:

5. An ordinance amending the Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual stating that effective January 1, 2017, the annual pay rate for the elected position of Mayor will be $90,000.00. (Sponsored by the Personnel Committee of City Council.)

6. An ordinance amending the Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual, Table 1 of the Compensation Plan, Section VII, to reflect as of January 1, 2016 raises due to minimum wage increases set at $8.75 per hour. (Sponsored by the Personnel Committee of City Council)
