D. Recreation Center@ 103rd & W Campbell:Current most probable Options being discussed:
1) Set up a taxing district to purchase and maintain the park. Requires signatures from 75%of affected property owners [local residents, all residents, add apartments, add business in mile square].
2) Let the sale proceed and construct 12 single story homes with an architectural review committee oversight.
E.Pew and Lake Rezoning:
-Planning Commission Hearing – 14 April, 6pm, City Council Chambers – 200 W Jefferson St
-City Council Hearing/Ordinance Adoption – 13 May, 3 pm, City Council Chambers.
F. Coffee-with-A-Cop:.Only one or two from our area. Talked with Precinct Commander, patrol supervision and Councilman Valenzuela. Take the opportunity to meet the leadership and rank-and-file!

-Need help with tutoring 5th graders to refine their math skills. M/T/R – 7:15 – 7:50 or 3:20 – 4:10.
-Superintendants meetings – If you have concerns, go – have a few snacks-meet other concerned parents – talk with the Super one-on-one! 4th Wed of month, 4-5 pm.
-School Budget: - Working to determine the ramifications of the recently passed state budget. Numbers are confusing; you will need to do some research. There are some losers and not sure of the winners.
