Ø Secretary’s report was passed unanimously, motioned by Tony, second by Denise
Treasurer’s Report
Ø Motion by Bill to pass treasurer’s report, second by Frank M, all in favor and passed.
President’s Report
· Chad Andre-West Side Sports spoke about options for ASA to utilize his business
o Printing in store, specializes in soccer, local business for ease of replacement uniforms
· Fields- Jr High= 2- ¾ fields, 1- Large
School St= 2- ¾ fields (PV first) 3 pairs of small sided fields for PreK/K
Pool= 2- Large (Stellatos will be overseeding and aerating Robinson fields
Vice President’s Report
· Tickets still available for Revs games (5 games)
· Next season looking into a 6 ticket/gm season ticket price

Director of Referees
· Referee needs for intown were discussed, pool of officials are sufficient for fall season schedule.

Other Business
· Third child discount discussed, questioned what BOD previously determined as the bylaw. Frank M will look up in minutes from previous meetings (Feb 6, 2012- Families with 3 children, First 2 regular price, Third child is Free)
· Revised- Third intown child is free (Lower rate prevails) Three PV players pay full fees. Three or more registrations only 1 free in town rate only
Ø Tony made a motion to pass the third child discount by law, Cindy seconded, ALL IN FAVOR!
· Tony is willing to take over end of season party
· Discussed coaches and BOD getting fees covered for child that plays. Tabled for future meeting
· Fines for PV- still paid out of association money, not individual teams being billed.
· Frostbite tournament- looking into bringing it back for this November
