AFTERSCHOOL COOKERY CLUB WITH KIDDYCOOK

Dear Parent/Carer,

Spofforth Cof E Primary School has invited Kiddy Cook to run:

"Kitchen Science/Countdown to Christmas after School Cooking Club"

Autumn Term 2017 (12 weeks)

3.30pm – 4.30pm on Mondays

Autumn Term 2017: 11th, 18th, 25thSept, 2nd, 9th, 16th Oct // 30th, 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th Nov, 4th Dec
Autumn Term 2017: 12 weeks for 1 child = £72 (this may be paid in 2 half termly instalments of £36 if you prefer)
Kitchen Science Club will run for 6 WEEK programme with an extended 6 WEEK Cooking Workshop to follow after half term. We'll incorporate FOOD and SCIENCE into each lesson, so each child will have a phenomenal experience preparing a FANTASTIC RECIPE whilst discovering just how much fun food science can be!
Each week the children will prepare & make a recipe to take home.
Each weekly session is a duration of 1hour.
They will each receive a recipe card, container & all ingredients. Some of our recipes will need to be cooked at home but don’t worry we’ll give you a wipe down recipe card each week so you’ll know exactly what to do!

Your school will be asked to complete a Consent & Disclosure form, which includes important information about children’s allergies and diet. For any child with an allergy/ diet issue there may be a supplement charge to allow for additional ingredients. Some products may contain trace of nuts.

A Parent/ Carer Consent form must be completed by each child’s parent/carer before starting the course.

Booking details:

Cancellation: In the event of Kiddy Cook being cancelled, we will inform the school so that alternative arrangements can be made. You will be given a full refund for the class missed.

Collection:It is important that children are collected as soon as Kiddy Cook finishes. Unless otherwise specified, all children will remain at school until collected by the person named on the consent slip. It is vital that you inform the school if somebody other than the person named on the consent slip is collecting your child. We will not release children to people who are not named on the slip unless otherwise informed by the parent/carer.
