Once you have completed these steps, you should now have a clear, measurable goal and a plan for achieving it. And because it is in writing, you can now review and revise your plan as often as necessary.

Also, as you go through this process, you will probably think of additional goals that you want to work on. You may also determine that some of these goals are not really important to you after all and you can replace it with another goal or remove it completely.
