Your response when they call back:

Thank you so much for calling me back, Carol. You know you did something yesterday that really made a difference to me and I wanted to tell you about it.

My job relies heavily on me getting outside of my comfort zone and engaging with other people, getting to know them and teaching them how our products can help them. When I share about our products and clients purchase products from me – it not only helps me in the obvious way, it helps me believe in myself and that I can do this and make a difference in others lives too. I just wanted to tell you that you made a difference in my life. (pause and let her respond)

I also wanted to let you know you will be receiving your products in about a week. I will be calling you to find out how you like your products and I want you to feel free to call me if you are happy or unhappy with your products. How does that sound?

And when someone like you takes the time to drive over and spend the evening with her - it really means the world to her – she feels appreciated and loved. I wanted to let you know what a difference you made to her last night and to me of course. I really appreciated your order. (pause and let her respond)
