Duties and Responsibilities

There are the following duties and responsibilities of an aeronautical engineer:

·  The aeronautical engineer has the prime responsibility to test models and prototypes of the plane or spacecraft properly.

·  He or she needs to analyze and evaluate operational characteristics of the crafts to work upon.

·  He or she needs to do the research work by studying and testing the effects of stress deliberately.

·  He or she needs to study even a single term of the aircraft during actual or simulated flight conditions

·  An aeronautical engineer needs to specialize in the development of structural components.

·  He or she has to do the designing of the craft, like the wings, fuselage, landing gear or operational control systems

·  He or she has to deal with different analytical programmers concerned with ground or flight testing.

·  He or she needs to take part actively in the development of acoustic, thermodynamic or propulsion systems

·  He or she needs to work as an assistant in different processes right from planning the technical phases of air transportation systems to aspects like flight operations, maintenance or logistics matters.

·  It will be needed to do the investigation aircraft accidents and suggest precautionary measures

·  It is the duty to do the work of documentation as well.

·  He or she needs to maintain the collaboration with the different teams, suppliers, clients and managers to decide upon the budget, timescale etc
