Position

Our Ho Chi Minh City office has positions available for Sales Consultants with interest and knowledge in ICT and business. Furthermore, excellent communication skills and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:

·  Assist to maintain effective and positive working relationships with organisations/clients to understand business requirements and technology awareness;

·  Assist to develop sales/marketing strategies;

·  Assist to develop strong technical knowledge and understanding of AVTech’s solution portfolio;

·  Work with outbound Business Development Managers to develop a good understanding of clients’ business structure and needs;

·  Manage supplier purchasing, including ETA negotiations and logistics;

·  Maintain a high level of customer service, both internally and externally;

·  Complete technology training and certifications as required.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Personality Attributes

To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate MUST HAVE the following skills, experience, qualifications and personality attributes:

·  Skills & Experience

o  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Vietnamese;

o  Knowledgeable in general hardware, software and networking;

o  Basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows.

·  Qualifications

o  Under-graduates or graduates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;

o  Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage;

o  Customer service and/or marketing experience would be an advantage.

·  Personality Attributes

o  Professionally presented;

o  Self-motivated and willing to work outside the normal business working hours to meet business and client expectations;

o  A positive, results oriented and customer focused attitude;

o  A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion;

o  The ability to adapt to a changing environment that requires proactive and innovative solutions.
