Assisting the Driving Program Coordinator to help asylum seekers learn driving and get ready for job. The program includes the following responsibilities:

  • Help asylum seekers to get learner permit license
  • Help asylum seekers with Hazard Perception Test
  • Arranging appointments of the clients for driving lessons with qualified instructor from RACV
  • Arranging information session for new clients interested in driving program
  • Making bookings for clients ready for Learner’s, Hazard perception or Drive test with Vicroads
  • Making daily phone calls and sending text messages to clients reminding them of their driving lesson appointments
