(Sunday)Breakfast at hotel; visit Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda is famous for its huge image of Reclining Buddha, built in 1966 replacing the old image built in1907 and a short photo stop at Kandawgyi; Karaweik Hall - a royal barge in the form of Karaweik (mythical bird) built in 1972 in the KandawgyiRoyalLake. After that visit Botataung Pagoda is enshrined with the sacred hair of the Lord Buddha and we will visit to Scott Market (closed on Mondays and Public Holidays). Then we will visit to famous Shwedagone Pagoda, the massive bell-shaped golden spires plated with 60 tons of gold and the tip of the stupa isset with diamonds, rupies, sapphires and topaz. After the sightseeing, we will transfer to the airport to fly back to your home.

(Tuesday)Breakfast at hotel; we will driver to Thanbyuzayat from Mawlamyine today. The driving hour is about 1 hour. Around 60 kilometres south of Mawlamyine is the town ofThanbyuzayat and you can find the Allied War Memorial Cemetery. It is the place where prisoners of war who lost their lives during the building of the infamousBurma Railway(otherwise known as the ‘Death Railway’) are laid to rest. The atmospheric site is beautifully tended to by the Commonwealth War Graves Commissionand can be found 500 metres west of the centre Thanbyuzayat, on the main road heading west out of town. TheDeath Railway Museum Thanbyuzayatprovides has photos, paintings and sculptures documenting the building of the railway.The museum and a lone steam locomotive commemorate the spot where the railway itself ended.

(Saturday)Breakfast at hotel; today we will head back to Kyaiktiyo for Golden Rock Pagoday visit. This route takes about 3 and half driving hours. Upon arrival at Kim pun base camp board on an open truck for (15 km, approx 1 hours) steep but well-paved road leads to the upper staging point to the renowned Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda site 1180 meters above sea level. The Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda, 7.3 meters high, built on a gold-gilded boulder, 25 meters in circumference, and balanced in what appears to be a very precarious position on a tabular rock jutting out from a ridge in the EasternYomaMountains. Kyaikhtiyo is likely to be one of Myanmar’s most spiritual experiences.

(Monday)Breakfast at hotel; the full day sightseeing tour begins with Shwezigone Pagoda – built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine, Anada Temple – a white-washed masterpiece of Mon architecture with four stancing Buddhas, the adjacent brick monastery with the beautiful wall as preserved 18th century murals, Thatbyinnyu Temple – know as a temple of omniscience and dating back from 1144 and the Sulamuni Temple. In the afternoon, we will visit one of Myanmar’s most treasured handicrafts, a lacquer ware home industry. Then we will continue visiting DamayangyiTemple – the massive temple in Bagan was built by Narathu who as also called as Kalagyi Min or the king killed by the Kalas. Enjoy sunset from Shwesandaw Pagoda and then transfer to the hotel.

(Wednesday)Cruise all day with stop enroute in the morning to visit Yandabo, a typical river village specializing in Pot-Making, where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war was signed on Feb. 24, 1826. We visit the Pot workshops, the monastery and the school. Moor overnight nearby avillage (Ywar Thit Gyi or Pauk Myaing Pauk Taw) few miles away from AvaBridge.

(Thursday)Enjoy the sunrise. After an early breakfast, the passengers will disembark at Sagaing jettyaround 09:30 AM. Upon arrival, we will drive to Mandalay and start our excursion by visiting ShweNanDawPalace – known as former RoyalPalace, which was once King Mindon’s home. Continue we will experience the sights and sounds of Mandalay including one of the most religious images in Myanmar, the Mahamuni Pagoda. Then we will stop to see stone carving and later to see gold leaf being beaten into wafer thin pieces. And we will visit Shwe Nan Daw monastery – excellent example of a traditional wooden bulding and Kuthodaw Pagoda – the world’s largest book made of marble. Enjoy spectacular views at sunset from Mandalay Hill and transfer back to hotel.

(Friday)Breakfast at hotel; transfer to jetty and excursion by boat on AyeyarwaddyRiver to Mingun about 1 hour upper river from Mandalay. Visit Mingun Bell – the woel largest un-cracked bell, weighting 90 tons and continue Shinbyume as well as unfinished Pagoda – bulit as one of the world’s largest cherish by King Bodaw Paya by traditional style bullock-cart. After sightseeing, we will head back to Mandalay to transfer to the airport and take the flight to Yangon.
